Thetford International Compactors and all of our ancillary products are designed and manufactured to the highest standard. This includes a painted finish in the customers choice of colour which is carried out at our factory paint facility located at Rymer Point in Thetford, Norfolk.
All our integral portable/demountable compactors are fitted with rubber “D” seals to discharge doors to eliminate leakage.
It has long been our policy and always will be, for Thetford to manufacture very robust compactors. Our products are considered the most sturdily manufactured throughout the European Union, resulting in many of our compactors still giving good service after fifteen to twenty years in constant daily use. Our Drawing Office is equipped with the very latest CAD and Solid Edge programmed equipment, thus enabling us to stay well in the forefront of design and up to date with continuous product development. We can produce proposal drawing layouts for clients with any type of installation requirement, including that of a totally integrated waste/recycling handling system. All our products meet and exceed current C.E regulations.

High Quality Backup & Support
Thetford Compactors operation is totally supported by our fleet of regional based Service Engineers, operating with extensively stocked Service Vans. In addition to these we have mobile High Pressure Cleaning/Service Vans also available throughout the U.K. All vans are equipped with the latest communication equipment, ensuring our valued clients of a maximum 24 hour response, or possibly before, to all backup and service call-outs. Thetford are also able to track the location of our vans so we can give our customers an exact time of arrival on site with the customer.
Technical Expertise
Our nationwide Technical Sales Support Team undertake free of charge on-site surveys for preparation of analysis reports and drawings. They also value existing compactors to enable redundant equipment to be part exchanged against the provision of new or replacement compaction equipment.
Our compactor rental contract company, Thetford Compactors Finance Ltd, have ever changing stocks of current refurbished compactors available on fully maintained 12 months minimum rental contract agreements. All new compaction equipment can also be offered on complete serviced and maintained rental contract agreements.
